White Oaks has both Charitable and Company limited status.  It is governed by a Board of Directors which includes people with backgrounds in health care, clergy, teaching, accountancy and business.

White Oaks counselors have recognised national qualifications and are provided with group and individual supervision.  White Oaks counselors are accredited or are working towards accreditation with the I.A.A.A.C.
